You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. jeewin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify jeewin support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
jeewin implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jeewin may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Bonus funds awarded by jeewin are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. jeewin monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional errors, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account suspension.
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from your account balance automatically. jeewin will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets placed on the jeewin platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before confirming it, including the selection, stake amount, and odds or game parameters. jeewin will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where jeewin has made a manifest error (see Section 6.3).
jeewin offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets, with particular depth of coverage for cricket events including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. Odds are determined by jeewin's trading team and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
In the event that a bet is accepted by jeewin as the result of a manifest error — including obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or the inadvertent publication of incorrect odds — jeewin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. A "manifest error" is an error so obvious that a reasonable person would have recognised it as an error at the time of placing the bet.

jeewin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system outages (including payment provider downtime), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which jeewin accepts no liability.
In no event shall jeewin's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeewin account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
